  • How do you consume Okana?

    Easy! Just mix a teaspoon of Okana powder in a mug of hot water! Of course, you can use milk or plant-based dairy for added creaminess. You can also try Okana with your morning smoothie, yogurt, or juice. Really, the way you consume Okana is only limited by your imagination and taste preferences.

  • Does Okana contain caffeine?

    Yes! Caffeine is not the problem, but rather its delivery. High concentrations of caffeine can cause negative effects on the body. And this is particularly true of coffee (stress, anxiety, crashes, shakes, indigestion, heartburn, etc.). The caffeine in Okana comes from Yerba Maté, which provides a slowly-diffused and sustainable delivery of caffeine through the body. It's also less concentrated (yet no less effective in providing energy), and, because of the presence of Theobromine (a natural relxant) in Yerba Maté, the negative effects of caffeine are mitigated, without sacrificing the benefits.

  • How much Okana comes in an order?

    Our pouches contain 5.3oz (150g) of Okana in powder form, which comprises roughly 40 servings (one teaspoon per serving).

  • Is Okana a dietary supplement?

    No! All of Okana's ingredients are referenced in USA registers as "Food". That said, we advise you to consume one to three teaspoons of Okana per day, and for pregnant women and children to consult a doctor before consuming our product. Okana encourages a healthy, varied, and balanced diet, which we obviously do not suggest to – or pretend to – replace! Variety is the spice of life. We just hope to be part of that variety.

  • Are there any side effects?
